Complaining is hardwork

Complaining is hard work-- absolutely!

"I hate my Prof!"

"She's not good in teaching."

"That terror Professor is such a $%#^&&!"

"This food chain is no good. I want my money back."

"Shut up! you're too noisy."

"These assignments are so hard. I bet nobody can do this."

I guess that’s some awful words many of us hear always when something gets on our nerves. I know people keeps complaining on how they hate their looks, their works, their schools, their professors etc. and we keep on complaining and complaining and complaining all over again. Well, I just thought, what's good about complaining to stuffs?!? Well, some of us will say that it’s only a form expressing themselves or whatsoever (“HELLO?!?, freedom of expression, remember???). Yeah, it’s just a freedom of expression but look on the other side of the story, do you think that you are not hurting anybody? Even though they are not hearing what you say? Let’s look up to this, when somebody complains about you, are you not hurt? Well, maybe not, if you are numb enough. Going back to the topic, ofcourse, you will be hurt, right? The bottomline is if we are going to COMPLAIN, let's bring it up with ACTION. Don't just complain, do something. It might help others in solving solutions-ONLY IF it’s taken with action. In every situation complaining hasn't given you any closer to what you want things to be. You might spend an hour to explain every detail on what is wrong but afterwards, you tend to feel blank and flat.

Some of the tips when you have complaints:

+Discuss it with someone who can listen to you in a nice manner(don't yell-you can hurt others' feelings). Letting it out if done correctly may be a good thing.

+Let's think. YES. When we are mad, our emotions are filled with anger at times but we must stay CALM and besides learning to control your feelings can keep you strong. Deep breathing might HELP.

+Try to understand people (personalities, bad service, attitudes) if you want people to understand you too.

+SMILE :)

"If one is satisfied with things, one doesn't complain about the downsides that exist, either.”
